【摘要】 我国目前处于经济转型升级的关键时期,对应用型人才的培养也提出了更高的要求,地方应用型本科院校应优化人才培养模式,增加应用型人才的数量,优化应用型人才结构,缓解社会人才紧缺的压力,为我国特色社会主义经济的发展提供助力。但地方应用型高校在优化人才培养模式中仍面临一系列问题,在目标设置、课程内容、教师水平及教学评价等方面阻碍了应用型人才培养模式的优化。为此,高校应从经济社会的发展和本校实际出发,科学设置应用型人才的培养目标,合理安排课程内容,优化课程体系,并提升教师水平,增强双师型教师队伍的建设,健全教学评价体系,为应用型人才培养模式的优化奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the requirements of critical social upgrading and transition of China for the cultivation of application-oriented talents,local universities should try to provide assistance for economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics by optimizing the talent training model,increasing the suppliy of application-oriented talents,bettering the structure of these talents and relieving the pressure of talent shortage. However,local application-oriented universities still face a series of problems in optimizing the talent training model,which hinder the optimization of the training model of applied talents in terms of goal setting,course content,teacher level and teaching evaluation. To solve these problems,universities should scientifically set training goals for applied talents,rationally arrange curriculum content,optimize the curriculum system,improve the level of teachers,strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers,and improve the teaching evaluation system on the basis of social economic development and their own actual conditions to lay a foundation for the optimization of the application-oriented talent training model.更多还原
