【摘要】 目的构建心理康复质量管理评价量表,为规范心理康复诊疗行为及质量管理提供测量工具。方法以文献分析、半结构访谈法建立评价量表框架,以德尔菲专家函询法对评价指标进行筛选。运用探索性因子分析对评价量表信效度进行检验,并确定各级指标权重。结果评价量表由4个维度28个指标组成。分析结果显示:2轮专家积极系数分别为82.61%、100%,专家权威程度分别为0.8695、0.8762,专家协调系数分别为0.420、0.781;内容效度I-CVI指数均>0.75,S-CVI/Ave指数为0.95>0.90;因子总方差解释率71.170%>70%,各维度内部一致性信度及重测信度值均>0.7。结论心理康复质量管理评价量表信效度理想,可靠性、稳定性与科学性较好,可以作为测量工具使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Construct the evaluation scale of psychological rehabilitation quality management to provide measurement tools for standardizing the behavior of psychological rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment and quality management. Methods Based on literature analysis and semi-structured interview,the framework of evaluation scale was established,and Delphi expert correspondence method was used to screen evaluation indexes.Exploratory factor analysis was used to test the reliability and validity of the evaluation scale,and to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. Results he scale consists of four dimensions and 28 indicators.The results showed that the positivecoefficient of experts was 82. 61% and 100%,the authority degree of experts was 0. 8695 and 0. 8762,the coordination coefficient of experts was 0. 420 and 0. 781,the content validity I-CVI index was > 0. 75,the S-CVI/Ave index was 0. 95 > 0. 90,the total variance explanation rate of factors was 71. 170% > 70%,the internal consistency reliability and retest reliability of all dimensions were > 0. 7. Conclusion Psychological rehabilitation quality management evaluation scale has ideal reliability and validity,good reliability,stability and scientificity,and can be used as a measurement tool.更多还原
