咪唑型离子液体/苯两相体系下不对称催化氢化合成手性泛内酯
Asymmetric hydrogenation for synthesis of chiral lactones in imidazolium ionic liquid/benzene two-phase system
【摘要】 以咪唑型离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([EMIM]BF4)、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([BMIM]BF4)、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([BMIM]Tf2N)与甲苯为溶剂,将膦配体Ⅰ~Ⅴ应用于手性泛内酯的不对称加氢过程中,配体Ⅲ在[EMIM]BF4/苯两相体系下获得了相对较高催化活性和对映选择性。该手性催化剂循环5次仍能保持较高的催化活性和对映选择性。
【Abstract】 With imidazolium ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methyimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([EMIM]BF4),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([BMIM]BF4),1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis[(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl]imide([BMIM]Tf2N) and toluene as solvents,ligand I~V was applied to asymmetric hydrogenation of chiral pantolactone.Ligand Ⅲ was proved to achieve relatively high catalytic activity and enantioselectivity in the [EMIM] BF4/benzene two-phase system.The high catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of the chiral catalyst could be maintained after 5 cycles.
