【摘要】 绿色信贷作为中国产业结构升级的重要金融支持,其对第二、第三产业间以及对地区间产业结构升级是否存在影响,以及这种影响是否存在区域差异和产业差异,是产业政策制定者和学术界关注的一个重要问题。基于中国省级面板数据,通过引入绿色信贷政策虚拟变量,采用固定效应模型实证分析绿色信贷对中国产业结构升级的影响。整体回归后发现:绿色信贷对整体产业结构升级具有显著的正向促进作用;分区域回归后发现:绿色信贷政策的实施对东部地区与中西部地区的产业结构升级均具有正向促进作用,但对东部和中西部区域的影响存在显著性差异;分产业回归后发现,绿色信贷政策蕴含的"倒逼"机制,会对第二产业结构升级具有正向促进作用,但对第三产业的发展却具有反向抑制作用。因此,统筹区域经济与绿色金融的协调发展,构建政府、银行与企业间"绿色"数据的实时对接与共享机制,促进绿色信贷资金在区域间与产业间的良性互动,是推进中国产业结构转型升级的重要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important financial support for China’s industrial structure upgrading, whether green credit has an impact on the industrial structure upgrading between the secondary and tertiary industries and between regions, as well as whether the impact has industrial differences and regional differences, is an important issue concerned by industrial policy makers and academia circles.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions) in China, a fixed effect model is adopted to empirically analyze the impact of green credit on the upgrading of China’s industrial structure by introducing virtual variables of green credit policy. The overall regression results show that green credit plays a significant positive role in promoting the upgrading of the overall industrial structure. The results of regional regression show that the implementation of green credit policy has a positive effect on the upgrading of industrial structure in eastern and central and western regions, but there is a significant difference in the degree of impact on the two. After the return of sub-industries, it is found that the "push back" mechanism contained in the green credit policy will positively promote the upgrading of the secondary industry structure, but negatively inhibit the development of the tertiary industry. To coordinate the coordinated development of regional economy and green finance, to build and improve the real-time connection and sharing mechanism of "green" data among governments, banks and enterprises, and to give full play to the "green channel" role of green credit in upgrading industrial structure, are important ways to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial structure.更多还原
