【摘要】 河北省基本公共服务水平经过多年发展取得了长足进步,但通过对京津冀区域"十三五"期间基本公共服务发展水平的比较分析,河北省在义务教育投入、公共卫生人才数量,就业创业状况,公共文化服务方面存在明显短板,与京津差距大。文章针对弥补河北省基本公共服务短板,增强地域性特色公共文化服务供给,促进京津冀协同向深度和广度发展,促进区域基本公共服务均等化等问题提出了一些思考建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After years of development, Hebei Province has made great progress in the development of basic public services, but through the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the "13 th Five-Year Plan " period of basic public service development level comparative analysis, Hebei Province in compulsory education investment, the number of public health personnel, employment and entrepreneurship, public cultural services there are obvious shortcomings,and the gap between Beijing and Tianjin.
