【Abstract】 The year 2020 is the closing year of the "13 th Five-Year Plan", and a decisive year for building into a moderately prosperous society in all respects, the critical year for formulating the "14 th Five-Year Plan" and initiating the new journey of socialist modernization, and what is more, an endeavoring year for Hebei’s laying a solid foundation, creating opportunities, rising to challenges, and catching up with the advanced in a positive and high-spirited posture. Looking into the new historical starting point, Hebei’s ways to make positioning, maintain foundational developments, keep making right decisions and stay competitive, and identify inadequacies and weaknesses in development are a grand issue to have a bearing on Hebei’s confidence and future development and final outcome. Therefore, how to upgrade traditional industries and keep competitiveness of advantageous industries in the background of high-quality development during the "14 th Five-Year Plan" is significant strategically and practically for Hebei being in a hard transformation.更多还原
