【Abstract】 Emerging Engineering Education is a new category of engineering discipline, a new paradigm and new engineering education and is the product of multi-disciplinary integration. This paper introduces the background and connotation of new engineering, summarizes the current situation of talent classification, introduction and evaluation in local universities, analyzes the problems and disadvantages in the process of talent introduction in local universities under the background of emerging engineering education, analyzes the problems existing in the current talent evaluation, and explores the strategies and evaluation mechanism of talent introduction research.更多还原
