【摘要】 美国的职业规划教育起步早、基础好、社会重视程度高,在美国高校中已建立起一套成熟健全、行之有效的职业规划教育体系,可以为学生提供长期、细致、全方位、个性化的职业规划服务。本文以美国明尼苏达大学为例,通过观察、分析、比较,结合我国高校职业规划现状,提出我国职业规划体系构建中的不足之处,并阐述了我们改进的方向,以期促进我国高校职业规划教育体系的发展和健全。更多还原

【Abstract】 America has an early start in career planning education,which has a good foundation and a high social value.A mature,sound and effective career planning education system has been established in American colleges and universities,to provide students with long-term,detailed,comprehensive and personalized career planning services.In order to promote the career planning education system in China,the University of Minnesota was taken as a comparison to point out the deficiencies in our system,the direction of our improvement was also expounded in this article.更多还原
