【Abstract】 With the development of the Internet,the concept of big data and thinking began to penetrate into the people’s production and life,which has a greater impact on people’s lives.After China’s economy has entered a new normal,how to do a good job of postgraduate employment has become one of the focus problems of the major colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the distribution and influencing factors of postgraduate employment,based on the statistic data of postgraduate in the college of plant protection in Hunan Agricultural University during past decade,and explores how to form an employment guidance system under the background of big data to provide better personalized employment guidance.更多还原
