【Abstract】 At present,the rapid development of economy and high-tech industries has provided expecting development opportunities for the new engineering students in the new round of employment.In this context,the reform of college students’ career development and employment guidance courses has become an indispensable part of the new engineering student cultivation plan.Therefore,based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis,the status quo and present problems of career planning for students at Shandong University are summarized.This paper aims to put forward constructive suggestions for the teaching reform of the employment guidance course for college students from a theoretical level.更多还原
