【摘要】 要保证和提升"乡村名师工作站"建设和运行的有效性,就必须清晰地认识乡村地域背景及其基本特征。借鉴"中小学幼儿园名师工作室"建设的成功经验,提出建设中小学"乡村名师工作站"要着力解决好"主持人的遴选""内部管理机制的完善""学习资源的整合和利用""网络平台的建设与使用""特色亮点的打造""建设经费的落实"和"乡村教师的时间安排"等关键问题,同时给出了相应的对策和建议。另外,本文还探讨了课例分享、考察学习、互助交流、强化研修、案例实践等学习方式对"乡村名师工作站"的作用和意义。更多还原
