【摘要】 目的:探究甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药方治疗异位妊娠临床效果及对患者血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)及盆腔包块影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院收治的异位妊娠患者104例,根据治疗方法不同分组。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗,观察组给予MTX联合异位妊娠中药方治疗,观察两组治疗后临床疗效。结果:观察组阴道出血停止时间(18.0±3.3)d、血β-hCG转阴时间(17.6±3.4)d、月经恢复时间(24.9±4.2)d、住院时间(11.2±2.9)d均短于对照组,盆腔包块吸收时间优于对照组,血β-hCG、抑制素-A、雌二醇、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-8水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:MTX联合中药方治疗异位妊娠可降低患者β-hCG、抑制素-A、雌二醇表达水平,抑制炎症反应,促进盆腔包块吸收,缩短病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of methotrexate（MTX） combined with traditional Chinese medicion for treating women with ectopic pregnancy, and to study its influence on blood beta human chorionic gonadotropin（β-hCG） level and pelvic mass of women. Methods: 104 women with ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods from January 2017 to December 2018. The women in the control group were treated with MTX, and the women in the observation group were treated with MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effect of women were compared between the two groups. Results: The disappearance time of vaginal bleeding, the time of blood β-HCG turned to negative, the recovery time of menstruation, and the hospitalization time of women in the observation group were 18.0±3.3 d, 17.6±3.4 d, 24.9±4.2, and 11.2±2.9 d, respectively, which were significant shorter than those of women in the control group（P<0.05）. The time of pelvic mass absorption of women in the observation group was better than that of women in the control group（P<0.05）. The levels of blood beta-hcg, statin-A, estradiol（E₂）, tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-a）, and interleukin-8（IL-8） of women in the observation group were significant lower than those of women in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion: MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicion for treating women with ectopic pregnancy can reduce the levels of β-hCG, statin-A, and E₂ of women, can inhibit inflammatory response, can promote the absorption of pelvic mass, and can shorten the course of disease.更多还原
