基于智能开关柜的数据通讯研究与实现
RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DATA COMMUNICATION BASED ON INTELLIGENT SWITCH CABINET
【摘要】 智能开关柜的关键在于系统的通讯设计,在分析了智能开关柜构成后,采用高可靠性的PROFIBUS-DP现场总线,设计了由SPC3和87C196KC为硬件组成的模块,以主站-从站结构方式组建通讯电路,实现系统的数据交换功能,同时,从软件角度开发了主程序,经过对系统的仿真后,验证了智能开关柜数据通讯的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The key to the intelligent switch cabinet lies on the communication system design. After analyzing the composition of the intelligent switch cabinet, the highly reliable PROFIBUS-DP field bus is used to design a module composed of SPC3 and 87C196KC as the hardware, with a master-slave structure. The communication circuit is constructed to realize the data exchange function of the system. At the same time, the main program is developed from the software perspective. By the system simulation, the reliability of the data communication of the intelligent switch cabinet is verified.
