基于双重移相控制的混合式双向LLC变换器

【摘要】 针对传统移相控制下DAB电路存在软开关实现范围小等问题,结合三电平NPC电路以及LLC谐振电路,研究了一种双向混合式LLC变换器;分析了传统移相控制方法的优缺点后,采用单侧双重移相的控制方法,扩大了移相角的调节范围,使控制更为灵活;运用基波分析法建立模型对电路的电压增益特性进行分析,得到了归一化电压增益曲线。在Simulink中搭建模型仿真验证了所设计的双向混合式LLC变换器可在较大功率范围内实现软开关,证明了所研究电路的可行性。

【Abstract】 To deal with the problem that the implementation scope of zero voltage switching(ZVS) is small in DAB circuit, taking Three-Level Neutral-Point-Clamped Inverter and LLC resonant converter into consideration, a hybrid LLC bidirectional converter was presented. After analyzing the merits and demerits of traditional phase-shifting control, single-side-dual-phase-shift was given, expanding the adjustable range of phase-shifting angle and making the control system more convenient. By establishing mathematical models, analyzed the voltage gain characteristics by using the fundamental wave analysis method, the normalized characteristic curves was given. Finally, the simulation model was built to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed circuit.
