基于OpenSEES的新型装配式SPC框架节点的抗震性能研究

【摘要】 提出了一种由型钢连接的预制混凝土柱和梁的装配式框架节点(SPC),由于采用相对成熟的螺栓和焊接连接技术保证了节点的可靠性和安全性,并可实现工厂的精准制造和现场安装的简便。这种节点外露型钢较少,因此较易进行防护,具有较低的维护成本和较好的抗火性能。在验证现浇钢筋混凝土梁柱节点和预制混凝土柱连接钢梁节点OpenSEES数值模型的基础上,建立了SPC的数值模型。通过对比分析相同条件下的现浇钢筋混凝土梁柱节点和SPC节点,表明了SPC节点不仅滞回曲线饱满具有良好的抗震性能,而且刚度和承载力均得到了提高,是一种相对理想的装配式混凝土节点形式。

【Abstract】 In this study,a new fabricated joint(SPC)that uses profile steel to connect prefabricated concrete column and beam is proposed.The reliability and safety of this joint are guaranteed by using the traditional bolt and welding connecting technology.Accurate fabrication of structural members can be realized in factories and the structural assembly easily conducted on construction site.At the same time,because the profile steel is only used in connection part,the exposed steel material can be easily protected to reduce maintenance cost and improve fire resistance performance.Based on the verifications of OpenSEES numerical models for cast-inplace reinforcement concrete beam-column joint and prefabricated column connecting steel beam joint,the SPC numerical model is then established.Through comparing the reinforcement concrete beam-column joint with the SPC joint under the same conditions,it can be concluded that the SPC joint not only has better seismic capability for the plump hysteretic curves,but also has relative higher values of stiffness and load-bearing capacity.Therefore,the SPC joint is a kind of relative ideal frame joint type for fabricated reinforcement concrete structures.
