【Abstract】 How to fully fulfill the responsibility of supervision, and strengthen the key responsibility of supervision is a new task in front of discipline inspection and supervision departments of public hospitals. Discipline inspection committee of public hospital should keep a close eye on the weakness, analyze the root cause, and understand the necessity of the disciplinary inspection supervision in enhancing public hospital management. Moreover, it is important to come up with innovative thinking and method of the disciplinary inspection supervision, emphasis on disciplinary inspection talents construction, and refining daily supervision.
