【摘要】 为加强在线教育质量评估,美国虚拟学习领导联盟和Quality Matters组织以在线教育领域的最新研究和最佳实践为基础,历经两年严格和系统的修订,于2019年联合发布最新的K-12阶段在线教育质量全国标准。该标准包括《在线教育项目质量全国标准》《在线教育教学质量全国标准》《在线教育课程质量全国标准》,从在线教育项目、课程与教学三个维度构建了完整的K-12在线教育质量保证体系,具有系统性、灵活性和可操作性。新的K-12在线教育质量全国标准贯彻"以学习者为中心"的原则,将学习者体验作为标准制定的根本出发点,同时对在线教育教师的能力提出新的要求。但新标准也存在不足,具体体现为其缺乏对学习者数据隐私保护问题的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 To strengthen the evaluation of online education, this year Virtual Learning Leadership Alliance and Quality Matters released the new K-12 National Standards for Quality Online Education based on the latest research and best practices in the field of online education after two years of revision process. The new standards are systematic, flexible and measurable and consist of National Standards for Quality Online Programs, National Standards for Quality Online Courses, and National Standards for Quality Online Teaching, which form a complete k-12 online education quality assurance system from the dimensions of online programs, courses, and teaching. In addition, the new standards implement the "learner-centered" principle and take learner experience as the foundation. The new standards also put forward new requirements on the ability of teachers in online education. However, the new standards still have some shortcomings, which are embodied in its neglect of data privacy protection for learners.更多还原
