【摘要】 目的翻译、修订"对失智症患者及其照护态度"量表(the scale of attitudes toward people with dementia and their care)(简称失智症态度量表),并对其进行信度和效度评价。方法 2019年1-5月,采用方便抽样法选取澳门地区常住人口700名为研究对象,采用两阶段翻译模式对英文版失智症态度量表进行汉化和文化调适;采用Cronbach’sα系数评价量表的内在一致性信度;采用专家评定法评价量表的内容效度,运用探索性因子分析评价量表的结构效度。结果原失智症态度量表共有11个条目,条目水平内容效度指数为0.8～1.0,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.93;经项目分析删除2个条目,保留了9个条目,9个条目因子负荷量介于0.419～0.783,共萃取出"互动"和"照顾"两个因子,累计方差贡献率为49.473%;总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.772,分量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.750和0.562。结论中文版失智症态度量表具有良好的信度和效度,适用于澳门及华人地区民众对失智症态度的相关研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To translate and revise the scale of attitudes toward people with dementia and their care into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods From January to May 2019,700 permanent residents in Macao were selected as the research objects,and the English version of the scale of attitudes towards people with dementia and their care was translated into Chinese and culturally adjusted using a two-stage translation model. Cronbach’s α coefficient was used to evaluate the internal consistency reliability of the scale,expert evaluation method was used to evaluate the content validity of the scale,and exploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity of the scale.Results There were 11 items in the Chinese version,the item-level content validity index was 0.8 to 1.0,and the scale-level content validity index was 0.93.After item analysis,2 items were deleted and 9 items were remained.The factor loadings of 9 items ranged from 0.419 to 0.783 and 2 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 49.473%.The Cronbach’s α coefficient were 0.772 for the total scale,and 0.750 and 0.562 for the two subscales,respectively.Conclusions The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of scale of Attitudes toward People with Dementia and Their Care were acceptable,which could apply to the related research on the attitudes towards dementia in Macao and other Chinese communities.更多还原
