【摘要】 目的检索并获取类风湿关节炎患者运动干预的相关证据,并对最佳证据进行总结。方法应用循证护理方法,针对类风湿关节炎运动干预方案,检索相关文献,由2名研究者对纳入文献进行质量评价,并对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取。结果共纳入文献17篇,其中指南5篇、专家共识1篇、推荐建议4篇、系统评价2篇、随机对照试验5篇,最终总结了19条最佳证据。结论建议医护人员在临床应用证据时,充分评估并结合所在医疗机构的临床环境及条件、患者及家属意愿等进行证据选择,从而提高患者依从性,有效实施干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search and obtain the evidences on exercise therapy of rheumatoid arthritis, and summarize the best available evidence.Methods The method of evidence-based nursing was used to search literatures of exercise therapy program for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Two researchers completed the quality evaluation of included articles and extracted the evidence from standard compliant literatures.Results Totally 17 articles were included and summarized,including 5 guidelines, 1 expert consensus,4 recommendations, 2 systematic reviews,and 5 randomized controlled trails.19 items of best evidence were summarized.Conclusions It is suggested that the clinical medical staff should fully evaluate the clinical environment and the medical institution condition, patients’ and their relatives’ intention or preference to select the evidence, so as to improve patients’ compliance and effectively implement the interventions.更多还原
