【摘要】 液压金属打包机将废铁、废铝、废铜、线材、板材等边角余料挤压成特定形状的包块,以便于对废旧金属进行回收、运输和回炉再造,这样既减缓了废旧金属对自然环境的污染,又降低了金属矿产资源的消耗。综述近年来国内外液压金属打包机的研究现状,分析了我国液压金属打包机存在的主要问题,并从门盖锁紧方式、加压方式、出包方法3个方面介绍了液压金属打包机的工艺,重点总结了液压系统、PLC控制系统在液压金属打包机中的应用,并展望了未来液压金属打包机的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hydraulic metal baler extrudes the scrap iron,scrap aluminum,scrap copper,wire,sheet and other corner surplus into a specific shape of the mass to facilitate the recycling,transportation and re-construction of the scrap metal.So pollution to natural environment caused by scrap metal is reduced as well as consumption to metal mineral resources.The research status of hydraulic metal balers at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed,the main problems of hydraulic metal balers in China were analyzed.The hydraulic metal balers process was introduced from three aspects:door locking method,pressing method and bag discharging method.The application of hydraulic system and PLC control system in hydraulic metal baler was summarized,and the development direction of hydraulic metal baler in the future was forecasted.更多还原
