基于AMESim的起重机回转冲击问题的研究与改进

【摘要】 为了缓解起重机回转系统启动过程中的压力冲击问题,分析回转系统的组成及其液压系统;基于AMESim仿真软件建立样机回转系统的仿真模型,并通过实验与仿真分析对比验证了仿真模型的正确性;分析样机马达A、B口与制动器的压力动态特性,提出改善回转系统性能的改进措施并进行了实验验证。仿真及实验结果表明:通过采用旁通回路,回转系统启动时的冲击压力减小了;通过改变系统的控制策略并在制动回路中加装单向节流阀,回转系统制动时的稳定性明显增强,为今后回转系统的改进设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 In order to relieve the pressure impact problem during the starting of crane slewing system, the composition of slewing system and its hydraulic system were analyzed. Based on AMESim simulation software, the simulation model of prototype rotary system was established, and the correctness of the simulation model was verified by the comparison of experiment and simulation analysis. The pressure dynamic characteristics of the motor A,B port and the brake of the prototype were analyzed. The improvement measures to improve the performance of the rotary system were proposed and verified by experiments. Simulation and experimental results show that the impact pressure of the rotary system is reduced by adopting the bypass circuit; by changing the control strategy of the system and installing one-way throttle valve in the braking circuit, the stability of the rotary system during braking is obviously enhanced, which provides reference for the improved design of the rotary system in the future.
