工程机械回转接头出厂试验系统设计与仿真
Design and Simulation of Hydraulic Test System for Factory Test of Engineering Machinery Rotary Joint
【摘要】 为了对工程机械回转接头进行出厂试验,设计专门的试验系统并进行仿真,以测试其承载时的内泄漏压力和流量变化,系统可操作性强。此系统针对承载42 MPa高压的工程机械回转接头设计,有低压和高压试验液压回路;设计液压站,进行温升校核;为缩短设计周期,运用Pro/E软件设计高、低压系统的三维集成块,多角度检测内部孔道是否产生干涉;同时用AMESim软件对液压试验系统进行仿真,建立液压试验系统的仿真模型,最终得到回转接头内泄漏流量和压力变化的关系曲线。仿真结果表明,试验系统的设计满足出厂试验要求。
【Abstract】 In order to carry out the factory test for the rotary joint of construction machinery,a special test system was designed and simulated to test the change of internal leakage pressure and flow under load.This system was designed for bearing 42 MPa high pressure engineering machinery rotary joint,it had low pressure and high pressure test hydraulic circuit;a hydraulic station was designed and temperature rise check was conducted;in order to shorten the design cycle,Pro/E software was used to design the 3 D integrated block of the high and low voltage system,and multi-angle detection was conducted to detect whether the internal channel interfered.At the same time,the AMESim software was used for the simulation of the hydraulic test system,and the simulation model of the hydraulic test system was established.Finally,the relationship curve of the leakage flow and pressure change in the rotary joint was obtained.Simulation results show that the designed test system meets the factory test requirements.
