杂交构树发酵饲料对奶牛生产性能、乳清抗氧化及生化指标的影响
Effects of B.kazinoki×B.papyrifera Silage on Production Performance, Whey Antioxidant and Biochemical Indexes Capacity in Dairy Cows
【摘要】 该试验旨在研究杂交构树发酵饲料对泌乳奶牛生产性能、乳清抗氧化能力及生化指标的影响。试验选取胎次、泌乳天数和产奶量相近的健康荷斯坦奶牛20头,随机分为4组,每组5个重复。对照组饲喂全混合日粮(Total Mixed Rations, TMR),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组在TMR中分别添加4%、8%、12%的杂交构树发酵饲料,预试期5 d,试验期40 d。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率和干物质差异均不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组非脂固体显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组的乳糖率显著提高(P<0.05)、尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组体细胞含量显著降低(P<0.05),且试验Ⅲ组体细胞含量显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的乳清SOD无显著变化(P>0.05),试验Ⅲ组MDA显著降低(P<0.05)、TAC显著升高(P<0.05);(3)相比对照组,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组乳清生化指标ALT均显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组AST显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组AKP和蛋白定量均无显著变化(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加8%和12%的杂交构树发酵饲料可改善乳成分、乳清抗氧化和生化指标。
【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of B.kazinoki×B.papyrifera fermented feed on the production performance, antioxidant capacity and biochemical indexes of dairy cows. Twenty healthy Holstein cows were divided into 4 groups randomly(each group of 5). They had the same number of parities and lactation days and milk production. The control were fed mixed diet(Total Mixed Rations, TMR), experimental groupⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ were added 4%,8% and 12% in TMR B.kazinoki×B.papyrifera fermented feed respectively. Preliminary experiment lasted 5 d, and the experiment lasted 40 d. Results showed:(1)Compared with controls,milk yield, milk fat, milk protein percentage and dry matter of experimental group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ had no significant difference(P>0.05).The solid no fat(SNF)of experimental Ⅱ significantly reduced(P<0.05)milk sugar rate of group Ⅰ increased significantly(P<0.05), urea nitrogen content decreased significantly(P<0.05), the content of somatic cell of group Ⅲ significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the content of somatic cell in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control, serum SOD in the three experimental groups had no significant change(P>0.05), MDA in group Ⅲ decreased significantly(P<0.05), TAC significantly increased(P<0.05).(3) Compared with the control, the ALT of serum biochemical indexes in group II and Ⅲ were significantly lowered(P<0.05), the AST in group Ⅰdecreased significantly(P<0.05).AKP and protein quantitative in the three groups were not significantly changed(P>0.05). In conclusion, the diets with 8% and 12% B.kazinoki×B. papyrifera fermented feed can improve milk composition, whey antioxidant capacity and biochemical indexes.
