船舶主机设备振动控制方法研究

【摘要】 针对原有船舶主机设备振动控制方法无法对主机内部振动发生位置定位,产生控制后二次振动的问题,设计船舶主机设备振动控制方法。根据舰船主机结构的特征,构建主机有限元模型,完成对主机设备振动位置的确定。在振动处引用振动作动器,对其施加一定数值的作用力,为振动控制提供基础。增加振动控制器,将与作动器相连接,通过消振频率计算公式消除振动频率,实现对船舶主机设备振动的控制。至此,船舶主机设备振动控制方法设计完成。构建实验环节,与原有振动控制方法相比,此方法使用后的二次振动发生率低于原有方法。综上所述,此方法优于传统船舶主机设备振动控制方法。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the original vibration control method of marine main engine equipment can not locate the internal vibration of the main engine and generate the secondary vibration after control, the vibration control method of marine main engine equipment is designed. According to the characteristics of the main engine structure, the finite element model of the main engine is built to determine the vibration position of the main engine equipment. The vibration actuator is used in the vibration place to exert a certain amount of force, which provides the foundation for vibration control. The vibration controller is added to connect with the actuator, and the vibration frequency is eliminated by the calculation formula of the vibration elimination frequency, so as to control the vibration of the main engine equipment of the ship. So far,the design of vibration control method for marine main engine equipment has been completed. Compared with the original vibration control method, the rate of secondary vibration after using this method is lower than the original method. In conclusion, this method is superior to the traditional vibration control method of marine main equipment.
