【摘要】 帕金森叠加综合征是以行动迟缓、姿势反射性障碍以及肌强直等帕金森病样症状为主要临床表现的中枢神经系统变性疾病。其包含的疾病种类较多,病变常常涉及多个部位,临床诊断较为困难,对临床上常规使用的抗帕金森病药物反应不佳。现针对帕金森叠加综合征的发病机制、临床特征及治疗领域的研究进展进行了综述,以期为帕金森叠加综合征的机制探索以及个体化临床诊疗提供理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Parkinsonian-plus syndrome is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system whose main clinical manifestations are Parkinson disease like symptoms such as bradykinesia,postural reflex disorder,and muscle rigidity.It contains many types of diseases,and the lesions often involve multiple body regions.Clinical diagnosis is difficult,and it does not respond well to the anti-Parkinson drugs routinely used in the clinic.This article reviews the research progress of the pathogenesis,clinical characteristics and treatment of Parkinsonian-plus syndrome,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of the mechanism of Parkinsonian-plus syndrome and individual clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
