+4价石煤钒矿的制备及其直接浸出动力学

【摘要】 以凤凰县石煤钒矿为原料,经焙烧后采用氢氧化钠溶液浸出,得到V(Ⅳ)质量分数为98.10%的+4价石煤钒矿,在硫酸用量35%、液固比1∶1、浸出温度95℃和时间10 h条件下,+4价石煤钒矿中钒的浸出率为81.8%,研究了+4价态含钒石煤钒矿直接浸出动力学,结果表明:在实验温度范围内,钒的浸出过程符合混合控制过程,近似求得其反应表观活化能为32.92 kJ/mol。

【Abstract】 The Ⅳ valence stone coal vanadium ore which contained V(Ⅳ) of 98.10% was prepared by leaching with sodium hydroxide solution after roasting, the stone coal vanaium ore came from Fenghuang county. Under the conditions of sulfuric acid dosage 35%, liquid-solid ratio 1∶1, leaching temperature 95 ℃ and leching time 10 h, the leching rate of vanadium in the Ⅳ valence stone coal vanadium ore was 81.8%. The direct leaching kinetics of Ⅳ valence stone coal vanadium ore was investigated. The result shows that the leaching process conformsd to the mixed control in the range of experimental temperature, and the apparent activation energy has been obtained approximately 32.92 kJ/mol.
