20 kPa下乙酸丁酯/正丁醇+环己酮/己内酯体系汽液平衡的测定与关联

【摘要】 在20 kPa下,用Rose汽液平衡釜测定乙酸丁酯+环己酮、乙酸丁酯+ε-己内酯和正丁醇+环己酮、正丁醇+ε-己内酯的二元体系汽液平衡数据,实验数据均通过Herington面积积分法和Van Ness点检验法的热力学一致性检验。分别采用NRTL和Wilson活度系数模型回归实验数据得到二元交互参数,将所选的活度系数模型模拟得到的二元体系平衡温度计算值、汽相摩尔分率与实验值进行比较,结果显示实验数据偏差较小。

【Abstract】 Vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of n-butyl acetate + cyclohexanone,n-butyl acetate + ε-caprolactone, butyl alcohol + cyclohexanone, butyl alcohol + ε-caprolactone binary systems were measured by Rose VLE kettle at 20 kPa.The experimental data were tested for thermodynamic consistency by Herington area integral method and Van Ness point test method. The binary interaction parameters were obtained by regression of the experimental data by NRTL and Wilson activity coefficient models, respectively. By compared the equilibrium temperature calculation value and the vapor molar fraction of the binary system simulated by the selected activity coefficient model with the experimental values, the results show that the deviation of the experimental data is small.
