PCB板上插针型二极管的极性检测算法研究

【摘要】 随着电子行业的不断发展,PCB板上电子元器件密度越来越高,元器件的放置正确与否直接影响电路板的生产质量,其中极性电子元件的正负极反接会对电路板造成极大的伤害。插针型二极管作为PCB板上一个重要的具有极性的元器件,起到检波、整流、稳压、限制电流的流动方向等作用。针对在线实时检测PCB板上插针型二极管极性的实际状况,提出了基于目标外形特征的几何匹配算法与颜色提取算法相结合的检测方法。基于目标外形特征的几何匹配算法对于光照的影响不是很敏感,可以有效地处理遮挡问题,对于非刚性变形也可以得到满意的效果。针对插针型二极管金属管脚反射明显的特征,提出了基于改进的图像增强方法和颜色提取算法相结合的极性检测算法。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the electronics industry,the density of electronic components on PCB is getting higher and higher,and the correct placement of components directly affects the production quality of circuit boards,and the reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the polar electronic components can cause great damage to the circuit board. As an important component with polarity on the PCB,the pin-type diode performs detection,rectification,voltage stabilization,and limiting the flow direction of the current. Aiming at the actual situation of online real-time detection of pin-type diode polarity on PCB,a detection method based on geometric matching algorithm based on target shape feature and the color extraction algorithm is proposed. The geometric matching algorithm based on the target shape feature is not very sensitive to the influence of illumination,it can effectively deal with the occlusion problem,and can also obtain satisfactory results for non-rigid deformation. Aiming at the obvious characteristics of pin-type diode metal pin reflection,a polarity detection algorithm based on improved image enhancement method and color extraction algorithm is proposed.
