【摘要】 目的研究神经内镜下经鼻蝶术治疗不同类型垂体瘤的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2018年10月—2019年10月间接收治疗的34例无功能型垂体腺瘤患者设为A组,选取同期收治的34例功能型垂体腺瘤设为B组,两组均采用神经内镜下经鼻蝶手术治疗,总结分析两组的临床治疗结果。结果治疗后,B组患者的治愈率(94.17%)与A组(76.47%)相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.221,P<0.05);且B组患者的生理机能(85.64±6.87)分、生理职能(86.35±6.59)分、情感职能(87.33±5.89)分以及社会功能(86.22±6.46)分与A组的(71.03±5.46)分、(70.35±4.89)分、(72.39±6.01)分以及(71.57±5.84)分相比明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=11.772、13.787、12.554、11.895,P<0.05)。结论神经内镜下经鼻蝶术治疗功能型垂体瘤的临床疗效更优于无功能型垂体瘤,可有效降低患者的血清激素水平,提升患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of neuroendoscopic transnasal sphenoid surgery for different types of pituitary tumors. Methods During the period from October 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital, 34 patients with non-functioning pituitary adenomas who received treatment were set as group A, and 34 patients with functional pituitary adenomas admitted to the same period were set as group B, both groups were treated with neuroendoscopic transnasal sphenoid surgery. The clinical treatment results of the two groups were summarized and analyzed. Results After treatment,the cure rate of patients in group B(94.17%) was significantly higher than that of group A(76.47%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.221, P <0.05); and the physiological function of patients in group B(85.64 ±6.87)points,physiological function(86.35±6.59)points, emotional function(87.33±5.89)points and social function(86.22±6.46) points and group A(71.03±5.46)points,(70.35±4.89)points,(72.39±6.01) points and(71.57±5.84) points were significantly higher than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.772, 13.787, 12.554, 11.895, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of neuroendoscopic transnasal sphenoid surgery in the treatment of functional pituitary tumors is better than that of non-functional pituitary tumors. It can effectively reduce the patient’s serum hormone levels and improve the patient’s quality of life.更多还原
