【摘要】 目的分析双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者护理中临床路径的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年10月—2018年9月该院收治的58例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者实施常规精神科护理归为对照组,方便选取2018年10月—2019年8月收治的58例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者按照临床护理路径实施干预归为观察组,对比两组NOSIE(护理观察量表)评分、ERMS(躁狂量表)评分、护理满意度评分变化情况。结果观察组NOSIE评分为(185.96±26.28)分,高于对照组的(121.05±15.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.669,P<0.05);观察组干预后ERMS评分别为(8.02±1.06)分,高于对照组的(14.58±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.237,P<0.05);观察组干预后护理满意度测评得分为(98.12±1.58)分,高于对照组的(92.15±0.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=28.057,P<0.05)。结论双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者护理中临床路径的应用效果显著,利于提高患者的生活质量,促进病情康复,提高患者对护理的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical pathways in nursing care of patients with bipolar disorder and manic episode. Methods From October 2017 to September 2018, Convenient selection of 58 patients with bipolar disorder and manic episodes in the hospital who underwent routine psychiatric care were classified as the control group, and58 patients with bipolar disorder who were admitted from October 2018 to August 2019 were included in the control group.Patients with manic episodes of phase affective disorder were classified as observation group according to the intervention of clinical nursing path, and the changes of NOSIE(nursing observation scale) score, ERMS(mania scale) score and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results The NOSIE score of the observation group was(185.96±26.28) points, which was higher than the control group(121.05±15.63) points, the difference was statistically significant(t=9.669, P <0.05); the ERMS scores of the observation group after intervention were(8.02 ±1.06) points, higher than the(14.58±1.26) points of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=10.237,P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction evaluation score of the observation group after intervention was(98.12±1.58)points, which was higher than the control group(92.15 ±0.36)points, the difference was statistically significant(t=28.057, P <0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical pathways in the nursing of patients with bipolar disorder and manic episodes is effective, which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of the patients, promote the recovery of the condition, and improve the satisfaction of the patients with nursing.更多还原
