【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病的影响。方法方便选取该院2017年2月—2018年2月孕检确定为妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇80例,将孕妇分为两组,研究组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,对比两组孕妇妊娠结局及糖尿病控制效果。结果研究组不良妊娠发生率为2.5%,空腹血糖水平为(5.2±0.6)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(6.5±0.8)mmol/L,对照组不良妊娠发生率为22.5%,空腹血糖水平为(5.8±0.7)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(7.2±1.2)mmol/L,数据对比均差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.314,t=4.116、3.070,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病对于产妇血糖水平形成影响,可能造成不良妊娠结局,采用综合护理干预能够控制血糖水平,降低不良妊娠发生率,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on gestational diabetes. Methods Eighty pregnant women identified as gestational diabetes from February 2017 to February 2018 in the hospital were convenienty selected. The pregnant women were divided into two groups. The study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group was given routine care. Pregnancy outcome and diabetes control effect. Results The incidence rate of adverse pregnancy in the study group was 2.5%, the fasting blood glucose level was(5.2 ±0.6)mmol/L, the blood glucose level 2 h after the meal was(6.5±0.8)mmol/L, and the incidence rate of adverse pregnancy in the control group was 22.5%.Fasting blood glucose level was(5.8±0.7)mmol/L, 2 h postprandial blood glucose level was(7.2±1.2)mmol/L, the comparison of the data is statistical significance different(χ~2=7.314,t=4.116,3.070,P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of gestational diabetes on the formation of maternal blood glucose levels may cause adverse pregnancy outcomes. The use of comprehensive nursing interventions can control blood glucose levels, reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy, and have clinical application value.更多还原
