【摘要】 目的循证护理对乳腺癌患者化疗期间恶心、呕吐及焦虑心理的影响。方法便利选取该院于2018年1—12月间收治的104例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法将其划分为观察组与对照组各52例,观察组采取循证护理干预,对照组施行常规护理模式。比较两组患者化疗期间恶心、呕吐发生情况与焦虑评分、满意度。结果观察组化疗期间未发生恶心者20例(38.46%)、未发生呕吐者占22例(42.31%),明显高于对照组10例(19.23%)、12例(23.08%)(P<0.05);护理后观察组焦虑评分低于对照组(t=18.466,P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度96.15%,高于对照组73.08%(χ~2=20.442,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者化疗期间采取循证护理干预可有效改善恶心、呕吐情况,改善焦虑心理,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The effect of evidence-based nursing on nausea, vomiting and anxiety in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods Convenient select a total of 104 breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January2018 to December 2018 were included. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The observation group took evidence-based nursing intervention. The control group implemented routine nursing mode. The incidence of nausea, vomiting, anxiety score and satisfaction during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, 20 patients(38.46%) did not experience nausea, and 22 patients(42.31%) did not experience vomiting, which was significantly higher than the control group(10.19%) and 12 patients(23.08%)(P <0.05)The anxiety score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(t =18.466, P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.15%, which was higher than that in the control group 73.08%(χ~2= 20.442, P <0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention during breast cancer patients can effectively improve nausea and vomiting, improve anxiety and improve patient satisfaction.更多还原
