【摘要】 目的探究妇科千金胶囊治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疼痛的临床效果,并对其疼痛情况予以分析。方法该次研究中的观察对象均选自2018年1月—2019年8月期间在该院接受治疗的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疼痛患者,共方便抽选70例,所有患者经计算器随机法被分为两组,参照组利用康妇炎胶囊对患者施以治疗,试验组在对照组治疗方式的基础上增加妇科千金胶囊,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,中医证候积分和VAS评分情况。结果试验组患者的临床治疗总有效率为94.3%,明显高于参照组(74.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.285,P=0.022);同时,试验组患者的中医证候积分为(2.14±1.01)分,VAS评分为(1.72±0.49)分,明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.370、3.106,P=0.000、0.003)。结论盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疼痛患者应用妇科千金胶囊能够明显改善患者的临床症状,缓解患者的疼痛程度,对于促进患者康复具有积极意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuke Qianjin Capsule on the pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, and analyze its pain. Methods The observation objects in this study were selected from patients with sequelae pain of pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to August 2019. A total of70 patients were convenienty selected. For the two groups, the reference group used Kangfuyan capsules to treat the patients. The experimental group added Fuke Qianjin capsules on the basis of the treatment of the control group, and compared the clinical treatment effects, TCM syndrome points and VAS score conditions of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 94.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the reference group(74.3%). The difference was significantly different and had statistical significance(χ~2=5.285, P=0.022); meanwhile, the patients in the experimental group of the TCM syndrome score was(2.14±1.01) points, and the VAS score was(1.72±0.49) points, which was significantly lower than the reference group, the difference was significant and had statistical significance(t=5.370, 3.106, P=0.000,0.003). Conclusion The application of Fuke Qianjin Capsules in patients with sequelae pain of pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the pain of patients.
