【摘要】 目的对类风湿关节炎患者予以99Tc-MDP联合MTX、艾拉莫德治疗,探索最佳治疗措施。方法便利选择该院2019年1—6月收治的60例RA患者,采用随机信封分配病例将所有患者分为观察组及对照组,各30例。T0、T1、T2、T3采血检测ESR、CRP、RF水平以及观察安全性,观察患者疼痛改善情况。结果在T2时间段,与对照组比较,观察组的ESR(31.2±5.6)mm/h、CRP(13.5±3.1)mg/L、RF(56.7±6.1)U/m L以及VAS(5.2±0.6)分、DAS28(4.2±0.8)分,得分均降低明显,差异有统计学意义(t=4.289、5.267、9.256、4.156、3.519,P<0.05);T3时间段,两组差异有统计学意义(t=7.891、6.283、10.251、7.214、4.251,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组的ACR20缓解比例降低,ACR50、70的缓解比例则升高明显,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.257、10.892、5.438,P<0.05)。在T3时间段,观察组的不良反应6例(20.00%),对照组不良反应5例(16.67%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.210,P>0.05)。结论 99Tc-MDP联合MTX、艾拉莫德治疗类风湿关节炎12周,可有效改善患者的关节炎性指标,降低疼痛,具有较好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis with 99 Tc-MDP combined with MTX and ilammod, and explore the best treatment measures. Methods Sixty patients with RA admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June2019 were convenienty selected. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by random envelope distribution. T0, T1, T2, T3 blood collection to detect ESR, CRP, RF levels and observe safety, observe the patient’s pain improvement. Results At T2, compared with the control group, the observation group had ESR(31.2±5.6)mm/h, CRP(13.5±3.1)mg/L, RF(56.7±6.1)U/mL, VAS(5.2±0.6)points, DAS28(4.2±0.8)points, and scores decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.289, 5.267, 9.256, 4.156, 3.519,P<0.05); T3 time period, the difference between the two groups increased further, with statistical significance(t=7.891, 6.283, 10.251, 7.214, 4.251,P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the remission rate of ACR20 in the observation group decreased, while the remission rate of ACR50 and70 increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=11.257, 10.892, 5.438; P <0.05). During the T3 period, there were 6 cases(20.00%) of adverse reactions in the observation group and 5 cases(16.67%) of the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(χ~2=1.210,P >0.05). Conclusion The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with 99 Tc-MDP combined with MTX and ilammod for 12 weeks can effectively improve the arthritis index of patients, reduce pain, and has good safety.更多还原
