【摘要】 目的对照分析不同腹膜透析模式对患者睡眠质量影响。方法随机选取2017年6月—2019年6月该院腹膜透析患者120例,随机分为自动化腹膜透析组(n=60)和传统手动腹膜透析组(n=60)两组,统计分析两组患者的睡眠质量、睡眠紊乱情况。结果自动化腹膜透析组患者的睡眠紊乱、催眠药物、睡眠效率、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠持续性、日间功能、主观睡眠质量评分及PSQI总分均显著低于传统手动腹膜透析组(t=4.303、3.182、2.776、2.571、2.447、2.365、2.306、6.965,P<0.05),感觉热、感觉冷、疼痛不适、咳嗽或打鼾、呼吸不畅、做噩梦、早醒或睡眠中醒来、夜间如厕比例0.0%、6.7%(4/60)、3.3%(2/60)、6.7%(4/60)、0.0%、3.3%(2/60)、16.7%(10/60)、23.3%(14/60)均显著低于传统手动腹膜透析组10.0%(6/60)、16.7%(10/60)、13.3%(8/60)、16.7%(10/60)、10.0%(6/60)、13.3%(8/60)、36.7%(12/60)、33.3%(20/60)(χ~2=11.140、13.340、12.830、13.340、11.140、12.830、16.010、14.450,P<0.05)。结论自动化腹膜透析较传统手动腹膜透析更能有效改善患者睡眠质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of different peritoneal dialysis modes on the sleep quality of patients. Methods A total of 120 peritoneal dialysis patients in the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups: the automated peritoneal dialysis group(n =60) and the traditional manual peritoneal dialysis group(n=60). The sleep quality and sleep disturbance of the patients in this group were collected and analyzed.Results The sleep disturbance, hypnotic drugs, sleep efficiency, sleep latency, sleep duration, daytime function, subjective sleep quality score and total PSQI score of the patients in the automated peritoneal dialysis group were significantly lower than those in the traditional manual peritoneal dialysis group(t=4.303, 3.182, 2.776, 2.571, 2.447, 2.365, 2.306, 6.965, P<0.05), feeling hot, feeling cold, pain and discomfort, coughing or snoring, having difficulty breathing, having nightmares,waking up early or sleeping, going to the toilet ratio at night 0.0%, 6.7%(4/60), 3.3%(2/60), 6.7%(4/60), 0.0%, 3.3%(2/60), 16.7%(10/60), 23.3%(14/60) were significantly lower than the traditional manual peritoneal dialysis group 10.0%(6/60), 16.7%(10/60), 13.3%(8/60), 16.7%(10/60), 10.0%(6/60), 13.3%(8/60), 36.7%(12/60), 33.3%(20/60)(χ~2=11.140,13.340, 12.830, 13.340, 11.340, 11.140, 12.830, 16.010, 14.450, P <0.05).
