【摘要】 目的观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV,后半规管型)对患者残余头晕的疗效。方法将77例BPPV患者随机分为对照组38例,观察组39例,对照组给予草酸艾思西酞普兰片口服;观察组给予半夏白术天麻汤加减煎服;观察两组患者治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后,眩晕障碍评定量表(DHI)评分变化和治疗后总有效率。结果观察组DHI评分变化和治疗后总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗BPPV患者残余头晕可以较好地改善DHI。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the residual dizziness after manual reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV). Methods 77 patients with residual dizziness after manual reduction were randomly divided into the control group(38 cases) and the observation group(39 cases).The control group was given escitalopram oxalate tablets orally and the observation group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction. The changes of dizziness disorder assessment scale(DHI) score and the total effective rate of the two groups were observed before treatment, after one week’ treatment and after two weeks’ treatment. Results The DHI score and total effective rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction could improve DHI score and is effective in the treatment of residual dizziness after manual reduction of BPPV.更多还原
