【摘要】 银屑病是临床上最为常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,传统中医药凭借其特有的多靶点作用、整体调节的优势在银屑病的防治中发挥了积极的作用。本文通过溯源中医经典总结出毒邪的特性,结合银屑病疾病特点进而提出"血热蕴毒"为银屑病的核心病机。而后总结当代多位皮肤科专家辨证经验同时挖掘凉血解毒中药治疗银屑病的靶点,以进一步丰富与拓展毒邪理论在难治性皮肤科疾病的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Psoriasis is the most common chronic inflammatory skin disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an active role in the prevention and treatment of psoriasis by its unique multi-target function and overall regulation.This paper summarizes the characteristics of pathogenic toxin by tracing back to the classics of Chinese medicine, and puts forward that "blood heat accumulating toxin" is the core pathogenesis of psoriasis.Then we summarizes the experience of many dermatologists in syndrome differentiation, and explores the target of Chinese blood-cooling and detoxicating medicinal to treat psoriasis, so as to further enrich and expand the application of the theory of pathogenic toxin in the treatment of refractory dermatological diseases.更多还原
