【摘要】 目的观察应用肌间隙入路、椎板减压、椎弓根内固定联合椎间融合治疗退行性腰椎滑脱合并腰椎管狭窄症的手术疗效。方法回顾性分析我科行手术治疗的退行性腰椎滑脱合并腰椎管狭窄症患者35例,根据融合方式不同分为两组,即椎间植骨融合组和椎间Cage融合组,比较两组疗效。结果两组患者术后3个月、6个月、1年的腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较术前明显降低(P<0.05),两组患者术后3个月ODI、VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6个月、1年ODI、VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论椎间cage融合组患者在术后3个月随访时较椎间植骨融合组患者的功能恢复及疼痛缓解快,但两组后(远)期疗效无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the surgical treatment of trans-pedicle internal fixation and paraspinal approach in degenerative spondylolisthesis with lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods 35 cases of patients with degenerative spondylolisthesis with lumbar spinal stenosis were divided into intervertebral fusion with bone group(group A)and Cage group(group B),the efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores decreased statistically after operation in both groups( P<0.05);there was statistical difference of ODI,VAS scores between the two groups 3 months after operation( P<0.05);there was no statistical difference of ODI,VAS scores between the two groups6 months and 1 year after operation( P>0.05).Conclusion Group B had better functional recovery and pain relief at 3 months after surgery than those in group A,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the later stage intervertebral fusion.更多还原
