【摘要】 目的观察经炔雌醇环丙孕酮片预治疗的肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者应用温肾添精方后的促排疗效。方法将行促排治疗的80例肾阳虚型PCOS不孕患者按随机对照原则分为温肾添精方促排组(治疗组,40例)和枸橼酸氯米芬促排组(对照组,40例),经炔雌醇环丙孕酮片预治疗后,行3个月经周期的促排治疗,统计分析两组患者临床疗效、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径、周期排卵率、周期妊娠率、早期流产率。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组HCG日子宫内膜发育更佳(P<0.05);治疗组的周期排卵率、周期妊娠率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),最大卵泡直径、早期流产率两组间并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对炔雌醇环丙孕酮片预处理的肾阳虚PCOS患者予以中药温肾添精方有较好的疗效,可有效得提高的妊娠率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Wenshen Tianjing recipe on infertility patients with kidney-yang deficiency type polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)pretreated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets. Methods 80 cases of infertility patients with PCOS of kidney-yang deficiency type were divided into Wenshen Tianjing recipe group(therapy group)and Clomifene citrate group(control group),40 cases each. After pretreated with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets,3 months menstrual cycle of ovulation induction therapy were applied,clinical efficacy,HCG day endometrial thickness,maximum follicular diameter,cycle ovulation rate,cycle pregnancy rate,early abortion rate were statistical analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Treatment group had better endometrial development than control group(P<0.05). The cycle ovulation rate and cycle pregnancy rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the maximum follicular diameter and early abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The patients with PCOS of kidneyyang deficiency pretreated with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets have good curative effect on Wenshen Tianjing recipe,which can effectively improve the pregnancy rate and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
