【摘要】 该文以"供需匹配"理论为基础,对高校图书馆读者服务空间中的阅览藏书空间、出纳检索空间、公共空间和网络空间进行ASTM评价。在确定各空间的评价指标后通过问卷调查得出读者对各空间供需情况之间的差距,并分析出现差距的原因,最后提出相应的改进策略;既响应国家的相关政策意见又能为图书馆建设提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of "matching supply with demand", we make an ASTM evaluation of the reading space, the cashier retrieval space, the public space and the cyberspace in the reader service space of university libraries. After determining the evaluation indicators of each space, the questionnaire survey is used to find out the gap between readers’ supply and demand of each space, then we analyze the reasons for the gaps. Finally, we proposed the corresponding improvement strategies, which not only responds to the relevant policy opinions, but also provides useful reference for library construction.更多还原
