鄂东北“木兰石砌”民居气候适应性营建策略研究——以武汉市黄陂区罗家岗村为例

【摘要】 为指导乡村的生态宜居建设,该文期望从中国传统民居气候适应性营建策略中汲取智慧,并以武汉市罗家岗村为例,探索地处夏热冬冷、潮湿多雨地区的"木兰石砌"民居为创造良好人居环境而在建筑选址、建筑组合和建筑单体方面采取的营建策略,通过Ecotect、Phoenics软件模拟分析其气候适应性,并指出乡村生态宜居建设的可持续性在于"低成本"、"低技术"下的"在地建构"与"自然融合",启发未来乡村民居采用因地制宜的传统气候适应性营建策略,建设更具地域特色的乡村人居环境。

【Abstract】 In order to guide the construction of rural ecological environment, we expect to learn from the ecological value of climate adaptability construction strategies of Chinese traditional dwellings. Taking an empirical research on Luojiagang village in Wuhan, we explore the construction strategies of Mulan masonry traditional dwellings used to create a comfortable living environment, which are located in the area where the summer is hot, the winter is cold and the air is humid. By using Ecotect and Phoenics, we simulate and analyze the environment of these dwellings, then we reveal the regional climate adaptability of the construction strategies, and point out that the sustainability of rural ecological environment rests with locality construction and ecological balance, which are based on "low-cost" and "low-technology". Using locality and regional climate adaptability construction strategies to build rural dwellings will create a more regional characteristic rural living environment.
