【摘要】 文章以行业特色明显的杭州电子科技大学为例,对该校2015-2017届硕士毕业生进行全样本分析和分层抽样调查,发现该校研究生生源质量呈扁平化趋势,就业率和起薪率保持在较高水平,毕业生就业领域集中、行业特征明显,为行业和区域的发展输送了大量高层次人才。硕士毕业生的就业质量与性别、专业、获奖情况等因素存在显著相关。并从提升研究生生源质量、创新能力、生涯成熟度等方面提出了提高研究生就业质量的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hangzhou Dianzi University, an industry-featured university, is taken as an example to investigate its graduate students from 2015-2017 with an all-sample analysis and a hierarchical sampling survey, which finds out that the quality of the source students of this university tends to be flattening, both of the graduate students’ employment rate and their starting salary rate keep at a higher level, their areas of employment concentrated with an obvious industry characteristics. HDU has cultivated a large number of high-level talents for the development of the industry and the region. In the correlation analysis of the employment quality and influencing factors, it is found that the employment quality of graduate students is significantly correlated with their gender, major, awards, etc. Thus, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of how to improve and develop the quality of graduate students, their innovation abilities and their career maturity.更多还原
