【摘要】 目的初步探讨超声引导髋关节囊周围神经阻滞用于老年髋部骨折病人术前镇痛的效果。方法收集2019年3月至7月共22例拟在腰麻下行髋关节置换术的老年髋部骨折病人,均于腰麻前接受超声引导髋关节囊周围神经阻滞,记录神经阻滞操作所需时间,比较病人阻滞前、阻滞后5 min及翻身侧卧时的静息与运动状态下数字化疼痛量表(numeric rating pain scale, NRS)评分。结果超声引导髋关节囊周围神经阻滞操作用时为(19.9±2.6)s。22例病人阻滞前的静息、运动状态下NRS评分分别为(4.3±0.9)分、(7.3±0.8)分;阻滞后5 min时分别为(1.7±0.6)分、(2.8±0.6)分;翻身侧卧时分别为(1.6±0.5)分、(3.0±0.7)分。阻滞后5 min、翻身侧卧时的静息与运动状态下NRS评分均较阻滞前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论本研究初步表明超声引导髋关节囊周围神经阻滞可有效用于老年髋部骨折病人的术前镇痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided pericapsular nerve group block on pain relief of elderly patiens with hip fractures. Methods A total of 22 elderly patients with hip fractures who were scheduled to undergo hip replacement under spinal anesthesia were selected to receive ultrasoundguided pericapsular nerve group block first. The time required for nerve block performance was recorded, and patients nerve block, and when turning over and lying lateral decubitus. Results The nerve block performance time was(19.9±2.6) s. The patients and 2.8±0.6 5 min after block, 1.6±0.5 and 3.0±0.7 when turning over and lying lateral decutibtus, respectively.The NRS pain scores were significantly lower at 5 min after block and when turning over and lying lateral decubitus than that before block. Conclusion This preliminary study indicated that ultrasound-guided pericapsular nerve group block can be effectively used for preoperative analgesia in elderly patients with hip fractures.更多还原
