【摘要】 基于社会结构功能主义理论,粤港澳大湾区乡镇体育社团实体化依靠小城镇化发展提供经济土壤和体育场地设施作为重要的外部支撑,组织内部制度完善职责清晰、管理规范依法自治、队伍稳定专人专职保障全民健身良性运行与协调发展。研究认为:参与基层体育社会治理、供给全民健身公共服务、承接政府购买体育公共服务是其主要职能形式,提出继续完善购买服务培育、创新"企业与社团自主合作"、依托高校组织与企业、社区建立联动发展模式是体育社团实体化发展的有效路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of social structure functionalism, the substantiation of township sports associations in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA) relies on the development of small towns to provide economic soil and sports facilities as an important external support, the organization of internal systems, clear responsibilities, standardized management, autonomy according to law, stable team, full-time personnel to ensure the healthy operation and coordinated development of national fitness. The main function forms of sports organizations are to participate in the social governance of grass-roots sports, to provide public services for national fitness, and to undertake the purchase of public sports services by the government. It is proposed that the effective path for the entity development of sports associations is to continue to improve the cultivation of purchasing services, innovate "independent cooperation between enterprises and associations", and rely on the linkage development mode of university organizations, enterprises and communities.更多还原
