海水中汞样品保存方法研究
Study on the Storage Method of Seawater Mercury Samples
【摘要】 本文对海水中汞的采样器皿的吸附特性异同、基质影响、固定剂加入时间、样品保存时效等进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,不同保存容器和预处理方法会对不同基质的水质汞样品检测结果产生影响:(1)对样品测定准确度影响较大的因素为保存容器,磨口广口玻璃瓶盛装水样的回收率更高,但操作过程更易受到玷污,数据稳定性较差;(2)不同基质的水样也是影响回收率的重要因素,海水基质样品的平均回收率为93.4%,比纯水基质高出7.4%;(3)采样时立即加入氧化剂和检测前加入对回收率的准确度没有影响,但采样时立即加入的操作可能是异常增加的原因之一;(4)试验证明经27 d保存,海水中汞的检测结果没有发生明显降低的现象。因此,在实际监测过程中,可优先选用广口磨口玻璃瓶作为样品保存容器,但要做好样品的防玷污措施。在选择硬质螺口玻璃管时,需确认容器的吸附达到平衡。如果样品需保存一段时间后测定,不必在采样现场立即加入氧化剂。
【Abstract】 The main influence factors of seawater mercury samples storage were discussed in this paper, include the different glasswares’ adsorption characteristics, dissolvent(distilled water or seawater), time to add Potassium Persulfate oxidizing agent, duration of the samples could be stored. The results showed that,(1) the glassware was one of the main factor, the mercury percent recovery was higher in 100 mL wild-mouth and ground-glass stoppered flask than in 100 mL brown screw capped tube, The difference was about 4%, but the chances of the samples polluted increased with the flasks;(2) The dissolvent was another main factor, selected distilled water and seawater to make the standard samples, the seawater mercury standard samples’ percent recoveries were higher than distilled waters’, The difference was about 7.4%;(3) the time when to add oxidizing agent was not the main factor, whether added it immediately after sampling or before the samples were determined, but when added it immediately after sampling, The chances of the samples polluted increased clearly.(4) It is certificated that the seawater mercury samples can be stored for at least 27 days.
