瓯江口围填海的累积水动力效应

Study on the accumulative effects of reclamation on hydrodynamic force in Oujiang estuary

【摘要】 利用2005年、2010年、2012年的潮位、潮流及水下地形资料建立二维水动力数学模型,将瓯江口2002年~2011年的10个围填海工程划分成6个研究工况,以2002年为基准年,分析瓯江口海域不同时期的水动力累积效应。结果为:在南汊延伸至浅滩一期海域低潮位抬升,幅度在40cm以内;高潮位升降变化在10cm以内,其中灵霓北堤北侧略微抬升,其南侧有所下降;涨、落潮平均流速变化率大于1%的范围距离工程区20km以内,全潮平均流速在瓯江南北汊及口外延伸区、洞头峡水域有所增加;灵霓北堤以南、浅滩一期东南海域,大门岛与霓屿岛之间有所减小。研究表明,灵霓北堤和浅滩一期是研究区水动力环境影响的主要源,对南口及工程近区低潮位、涨潮流变化有明显的作用。因主要源存在互相抵消效应,故河口断面涨潮、落潮潮量的累积变化均小于1%。

【Abstract】 A two dimensional hydrodynamic model was established using the tidal level, tidal current and underwater topography data of 2005, 2010 and 2012. We divided 10 reclamation projects from 2002 to 2011 into 6 working conditions. The cumulative effects of hydrodynamic change in different periods in Oujiang estuary are analyzed based on the situations in 2002. The results showed that from the south branch to the region of the first phase reclamation of Wenzhou Shoal, the low tidal level rises within 40 cm. Furthermore, the change ranges of high tidal level are within 10 cm, which is increased slightly in the north side of the North dam of Lingni and is dropped in the south side. The range where the average velocity in flood and ebb tide is greater than 1% is within 20 km of the engineering area. The average velocity of entire tide is increased in both of the north and south branch of the Oujiang River, and in the estuary extension region and the area of Dongtouxia. In addition, it is decreased in the south of the North dam of Lingni, the southeast of the first phase reclamation of Wenzhou Shoal and the region between the Damen Island and the Niyu Island. The study indicates that the North dam of Lingni and the first phase reclamation of Wenzhou Shoal are the main sources of the hydrodynamic environmental impact in the study area, which have obvious effects on the changes in low tidal level and flood current in South Branch of the Oujiang Estuary and engineering area nearby. Because the main sources offset each other, the cumulative variation of tidal prism is less than 1% in the estuary section.
