硫酸亚铁催化马来酸酐改性汉麻秆芯粉的研究
Study on Hemp Stalk Core Powder Modified by Maleic Anhydride
【摘要】 由于植物纤维具有较强的表面化学极性和亲水性,而高分子树脂基体的化学极性小,所以两者之间的界面结合较差,复合材料的力学性能低。这些问题极大地阻碍了植物纤维增强复合材料的制备与应用。因此,为了提高界面相容性,要对植物纤维进行表面改性。利用马来酸酐对汉麻秆芯粉进行改性,并对改性后的汉麻秆芯粉进行了转化率、红外光谱、亲疏水性、扫描电镜测试。分析结果表明,1%硫酸亚铁溶液,30%马来酸酐溶液改性的汉麻秆芯粉改性效果最好。马来酸酐改性后的汉麻秆芯粉体表面粗糙且相互缠结,亲水性明显下降。
【Abstract】 The plant fibers have strong surface chemical polarity and hydrophilicity, while the polymer resin matrix has low chemical polarity,therefore the interfacial bonding between them is poor, and the mechanical properties of composite materials are low. These problems greatly hinder the preparation and application of plant fiber reinforced composites. Therefore, in order to improve the interface compatibility, the surface modification of plant fibers should be carried out. The powder of hemp core stalk is modified by maleic anhydride, and the conversion, infrared spectrum, hy-drophilicity, hydrophobicity and SEM of the modified powder are tested. The results show that 1% iron(2+)sulfate(anhydrous)solution and 30%maleic anhydride solution has the best modification effects. The surface of the modified hemp core stalk powder is rough and entwines with each other,and the hydrophilicity of the modified hemp core stalk powder decreases obviously.
