近红外光谱模型检测苯磺酸氨氯地平片中有效含量的研究
Determination of effective content of amlodipine besilate tablets by near infrared spectroscopy model
【摘要】 以12种苯磺酸氨氯地平片为研究对象,以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法准确测定出苯磺酸氨氯地平片中苯磺酸氨氯地平的有效含量为标准,利用近红外光谱技术,建立了苯磺酸氨氯地平片的近红外定量分析模型。结果表明,利用二阶导数谱图,在4070.89~4248.69cm-1、4316.83~4656.56cm-1、4749.74~5449.81cm-1、7315.64~6942.53cm-1等四个波段下,得到的样品粉末定量分析模型最优。模型的预测值与HPLC测定值的绝对误差为-0.12%~0.18%,相对误差为-3.51%~5.41%。建立了一种快速检测苯磺酸氨氯地平片含量的方法。
【Abstract】 Taking 12 kinds of amlodipine besilate tablets as the object,the effective content of amlodipine besilate in amlodipine besilate tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The near infrared quantitative analysis model of amlodipine besilate tablets was established by using near infrared spectroscopy technology.The results showed that the best quantitative analysis model of sample powder was obtained by using the second derivative spectrum at four bands:4070.89~4248.69 cm-1、4316.83~4656.56 cm-1、4749.74~5449.81 cm-1、7315.64~6942.53 cm-1.The absolute error between the predicted value of the model and the HPLC measured value was-0.12%-0.18%,and the relative error was-3.51%~5.41%.A rapid new method for the determination of amlodipine besilate tablets was established.
