复合光催化剂TS-1的制备及降解四环素的性能研究
Preparation of TS-1 composite photocatalyst and its performance in degradation of tetracycline
【摘要】 基于水热合成法制备的纯硅分子筛Silicalite-1为载体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO2-Silicalite-1复合光催化剂,以降解率为对象考察了对四环素的光催化降解性能.用扫描电镜(SEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)等对复合光催化剂进行了表征.以四环素为模拟污染物,选择了在300 W氙灯的照射下,催化剂用量为0.5 mg/L时,探讨了TiO2-Silicalite-1光催化降解四环素的性能.实验结果表明,最优组合催化剂对四环素的降解率达87.3%.
【Abstract】 The pure silicon zeolite Silicalite-1 was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis, and then the TiO2-Silicalite-1 composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using Silicalite-1 as carrier. The degradation rate of tetracycline was investigated by photocatalytic degradation. The composite photocatalyst was characterized by SEM, UV-Vis, XRD and XRF. The photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline by TiO2-silicalite-1 was studied when the amount of catalyst was 0.5 mg/L under the irradiation of 300 W xenon lamp. The results showed that the degradation rate of tetracycline was 87.3%.
