纳米SiO2在钻井液中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 近年来,纳米技术与钻井技术的结合,促进了石油钻探工业的发展.纳米SiO2由于其环保、价廉、易改性等优点被广泛研究并应用于石油钻探工业.本文概述了纳米SiO2在钻井液中应用研究进展,重点介绍了纳米SiO2对钻井液流变性、降滤失性、页岩抑制、井筒稳定性、乳化性能、润滑性能的影响.有机/无机纳米SiO2杂化材料通过在页岩表面形成一层致密的疏水膜、增加钻井液分子之间的交联程度等作用,有效地提高了钻井液的各项性能指标.

【Abstract】 In recent years, the combination of nanotechnology and drilling technology has promoted the development of the petroleum drilling industry. Nano-SiO2 has been widely studied and applied in the petroleum drilling industry due to the advantages of environmental protection, low cost and easy modification. This paper outlined the research progress of nano-SiO2 applied in drilling fluids. The effect of nano-SiO2 on rheology, fluid loss, shale inhibition, wellbore stability, emulsifying properties and lubrication performance of the drilling fluid were mainly introduced. The organic-inorganic nano-SiO2 hybrid material effectively improved the comprehensive performance of the drilling fluid by forming a dense hydrophobic membrane on the surface of the shale core and increasing the degree of cross-linking between the molecules in drilling fluids.
